Methodology

GLPWiki exists because the GLP conversation online is dominated by marketing and nicknames. The standard here is simple: state the mechanism, cite the trial, and refuse to sell anything.

Primary sources only

Every clinical figure traces to a peer-reviewed publication or a trial registry record. Press releases are labelled as such. Secondary coverage is never cited as evidence.

Receptors before brands

Entries are organised by what a molecule binds. Brand names appear as aliases so people can find a page, never as the organising principle.

Trial means are not promises

Weight and glycaemic figures are protocol-condition means for people who stayed on treatment. They are not predictions for any individual and are always reported with the trial name and duration.

Investigational is stated plainly

Where a compound is unapproved, the entry says so at the top. GLPWiki links to no supplier, marketplace or compounding service, and takes no affiliate revenue.

Machine-readable by design

Pages use semantic HTML, one H1 per document, structured data for articles and drug entries, and a permissive robots policy so research agents and search crawlers can read the reference directly.

Corrections are welcome

If a figure here disagrees with its source, the source wins. Corrections are applied to the entry and noted in its source list.
