A GLP-1 and glucagon dual agonist in Phase 3 for obesity and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), where the glucagon arm targets liver fat directly.
Clinical evidence
Phase 2 obesity data reported mean weight reductions around 19% at 46 weeks on the highest dose. A separate Phase 2 MASH trial reported significantly higher rates of histological improvement versus placebo.
