Hexarelin

A potent hexapeptide GH secretagogue with additional cardiac effects mediated by CD36. Strong GH release comes with cortisol and prolactin elevation and rapid receptor desensitisation with continued use.
Mechanism
Beyond pituitary GHS-R1a activation, hexarelin binds CD36 in cardiac tissue, which is why cardioprotection in ischaemia models features heavily in its literature.
